Therefore, to avoid these&nbsp;inconveniences, a concept of parallel parking is made, where the total time will&nbsp;be 50 to 60 seconds. This parking can be done using an additional wheel&nbsp;(FIFTH WHEEL). A pneumatic cylinder and solenoid valve set up is used to&nbsp;control fifth wheel to land and lift. A DC motor enables the forward and reverse&nbsp;motion for the fifth wheel. A digital display is used to indicate the status of the&nbsp;wheel for the driver reference. It also helps to know malfunctions during&nbsp;landing or lifting of the wheel. This concept is mainly used for four-wheeler&nbsp;vehicles. This setup makes the vehicle to turn parallel in a significant angle with&nbsp;reference to the front axle within a short period. The<br>hardness of the workpiece material was measured and found to be 62 HRC. In the present work a series of<br>tests were conducted in order to evaluate the tool performances by adopting tool life. In all experiments<br>cutting forces, flank wear and surface roughness values were measured throughout the tool life. No<br>cutting fluid was used during the milling operations. Study of the tool life and failure modes shows that<br>tool life was determined by the flank wear and surface roughness generated on the workpiece. Ball milling must be operated in a closed system, with oversize material continuously being recirculated back into the mill to be reduced due to internal cascading effect. In our project, we need to fabricate a low cost mini ball mill. To fabricate this ball mill, we first design a model using Solidwork and checked for interferences. The designers prefer to maintain fixed ground clearance and design the system to acquire requisite suspension parameters. For different type of tracks, the ground clearance of vehicle is designed accordingly and that is why this is a subtle reason which also differentiates the vehicles as on-road (Sedan/Hatchback cars) and off-road (Sports utility vehicles (SUV)). Off-road vehicles have to face the rough terrain, where we need the high ground clearance of the vehicle, on the other hand we run the same vehicle on a road where high ground clearance is not necessary. Whereas a sedan car or hatchback has to run on smooth roads as well as on rough terrains sometime with its fixed lower ground clearance which tends to create dents on the bottom portion of the car. Bore wells are constructed to fulfill the need of water. These bore wells are left unclosed after finding that, ground water is not abundant in the place. Bores yielded water and subsequently got depleted are left uncovered. The bore wells in turn have started to take many innocent lives. Small children without noticing the bore well slip inside and get trapped. There is no proper technique to rescue method for such accidents. In most cases a parallel hole is dug up and then a horizontal path is made to reach to the baby. It takes nearly 30 hours to dig the parallel pit, by that time the child would have died. There is possibility of injuries to the child inside the well. The mechanical system moves inside the uncontrolled bore well. Accordance with the user command given to the circuit, the mechanical setup is controlled. Camera connected to pc to check the position of the child. Entire System is hooked with rope.
